Sobre a Tribal Vision Records:

"Tribal Vision Records is an electronic music label based in the Czech Republic.

Originally DJ and promoter group founded in 2001 expanded three years later into a record label with the intent of bringing something fresh and innovative to world of the club music. In the last few years Tribal Vision has managed to define its position on the scene, enjoying great success with an impressive artist roster and plethora of releases. The label is managed by Michal Smetana / DJ Slater from headquarters in Prague.

Being influenced by many different facets of electronic music, including trance, house, techno, electro, minimal and psychedelic, Tribal Vision very much captures the sound of modern progressive music, yet at the same time retaining a style distinctly of its own. Using different mediums - CD, vinyl and digital - Tribal Vision has been releasing tracks from renowned artists from across the world on a series of successful singles, EPs, compilations and artist albums.

Many releases reached the top positions of various charts and got a heavy support from the biggest DJs of the planet, including names such as Markus Schultz, Hernan Cattaneo, Armin Van Buuren, Dubfire, D-Nox, Sander Kleinenberg, Paul Van Dyk, Judge Jules, Sultan, Christopher Lawrence, Paul Oakenfold, Andy Moor, Funkagenda, Menno De Jong and many others. A lot of tracks found their way to the most prestigious mixed compilations by licensors like Ministry of Sound, George V (Buddha Bar) or Armada Music.

Tribal Vision also serves as an exclusive booking agency and management for artists such as Vibrasphere, Jaia, Tegma, Brisker and Magitman, Peter Gun, DJ Slater, Duca, Fitalic, Beauty and The Beat, Roman Rai, Alter Breed or Astronivo. Parties and festivals featuring Tribal Vision related DJs and live acts are held all over the world.

Setting the course with new ideas and trends, Tribal Vision's attention remains firmly on the future and is prepared to expand and experiment as both the label and scene grows. Tribal Vision is a progressive label in every sense of the word - always defining the future in electronic music.

A partir de Outubro de 2009 realizarei o trabalho de "label dj" da Tribal Vision para Portugal, promovendo os seus lançamentos e informando o público com novidades fresquinhas.

Fica também aqui uma primeira comunicação aos promotores de eventos para que apostem nestes artistas, a label pretende uma maior implementação em Portugal e certamente está criada a base para fazer a ponte Portugal--Tribal Vision.

estou a ouvir agora o set acompanhar um wiski-cola.... e que maravilha de selecção de músicas!!!!

 

só penso(nem sei se haveria de dizer isto mas digo )que deverias deixar correr mais as músicas antes de fazer as passagens,mas isto sou eu a tripar,mas gosto mais de ouvir assim..

Ainda bem que curtiste Blue!! Em relação às passagens imagino-me sempre do outro lado..(no dancefloor) e na minha opinião apesar de ser mais fácil muitas vezes fazer o mix mais tarde não é isso que a pista está a pedir..believe me muitas vezes vês isso na reacção das pessoas. Mas isso vai mesmo pelo gosto de cada um.

A construção essa..é mesmo pensada para embalar a viagem!! Acho que se nota as diferentes fases que quis criar no set...

A musica dos 36m é qual ?

Kindernetic a faixa que rocka aos 36min é " Beckers and Hatfield - Keep On (Velkro and Ido Ophir Rmx) / Sprout ". É talvez a faixa mais antiga que está no set.

PS: Para quem não souber Velkro é um projecto que junta Gabe (Wrecked Machines) com Marcelo VOR (2Hi).

A qualidade é frakinha realmente.

A musica dos 36m é qual ?

Boas amigos!!

O objectivo da gravação não era a alta definição mas sim uma boa facilidade de tranferência (download/upload) para tal fiz uma taxa de conversão (bitrate)baixa para o ficheiro MP3.

Já ouvi a gravação no PA do estúdio e acho que serve o propósito .

Kindernetic deixei outro dj7 do início do Verão nesta secção. Pelo que costumo observar dos teus posts vai mais ao teu gosto.

Fugi do trance mesmo, estes fim de tarde a chegarem muito rápido já fazem imaginar o Outono e como tal pedia segui uma abordagem mais clubby!! Versatilidade

Quanto às faixas: Spektre tem um som muito característico, um pouco noisy e ríspido, mas acho que há um momento certo durante a noite para introduzir esse som. Eitan Reiter super melody. Just another day, também gosto muito da original, esta é um pouco diferente, tem menos quebras... Extrawelt rmx para mim talvez a faixa do ano no estilo.

Pioneer lifts the lid on brand new CDJ decks

As recognisable to the DJing community as Fender guitars are to rock and Cristal was to hip hop, Pioneer’s celebrated line of decks, the Pioneer CDJs, are pretty much everywhere in modern club culture. As such, it’s a damn big deal when the tech-wizards behind the Pioneer Pro DJ brand come out with a new model that will surely take over many a DJ booth. That’s just what happened overnight, as Pioneer took its new babies – the CDJ-2000 as well as the new CDJ-900 – out to the public, and they look great. How great? Grab an up-close look at the goodies with ITM’s new gallery of the CDJ-2000 in the link below!

The most immediate thing one will notice about the brand new ‘2000s is the presence of its luminous 6.1 inch LCD screen, which will display song titles, wave forms and art and much more. There’s also the inclusion some brand new USB connectivity, allowing DJs to ditch the record bag for a simple external hard drive.

Yep, it’s very much a digital beast, reflecting the uptake of digital-files over traditional media. The new system also supporting playback of MP3, AAC, WAV and AIFF file types. Nice, right? It doesn’t stop there, just check out the full run-down of exclusive features below.

* Multi Format Playback – The CDJ-2000 enables playback of MP3, AAC, WAV and AIFF audio files on CD,DVD-ROM, SD card and USB memory devices.

* 6.1” Full Color LCD panel and Graphic User Interface – For displaying song titles, jacket art as well as detailed track information and wave form display of each song so DJs can find informatio nneeded to select a song at a glance.

* Needle Search – Helps DJs instantaneously get to a specific part of a song with a simple touch of the Needle Search pad.

* MIDI – Users can assign various buttons of the CDJ-2000 to trigger other devices, such as DJ effecters and software with MIDI mapping capability.

* Free Rekordbox Music Management Software Included – Both the CDJ-2000 and CDJ-900 turntables include rekordbox, Pioneer’s proprietary music management software that organizes and catalogs a DJ’s entire music library. When music files are imported to rekordbox, the software analyzes each file and prepares them for use specifically with thenew CDJ turntables.

The new system looks like it’ll be a guaranteed success, and we’re clearly not the only ones thinking that, with heavy-hitting DJs like Laidback Luke, James Zabiela, Roger Sanchez and Armin van Buuren already showing the CDJ-2000 some serious love.
