imigrantilegal
Email da Greenpeace: TURTLE ACTIVISTS JAILED! Three of our activists were recently arrested outside the residence of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in New Delhi, India. You might think that's business as usual for a Greenpeace activist, but the plot thickens -- the activists were booked under the Wildlife Protection Act for illegally transporting carcasses of Olive Ridley turtles from their home in Orissa to New Delhi - while those responsible for the actual deaths of the turtles were allowed to go scot-free. TAKE ACTION NOW: sign Tell the Prime Minister of India to respect the law and to take action to protect the endangered Olive Ridley Turtles! Already signed? Tell a friend! The United Nations marks 2006 as the International Year of the Turtle, but over 100,000 Olive Ridley turtles have died in the last decade in Orissa. So, who's really in breach of the Wildlife Protection Act? Link to comment https://www.elastiktribe.org/forums/topic/4297-activistas-greenpeace-presos/ Share on other sites
