Adoro o Marc Bolan. Aliás, tanto ele como o Bowie são das poucas coisas que gosto do glam rock. Bem... o Bowie... é outro planeta. Nem tudo o que fez é bom, claro. Mas quando acerta... desde o "The rise and fall of Ziggy Satrdust...", passando pela fase Berlinense com o "Low" e o "Heroes" inspirado na música electrónica emergente na alemanha e que por sua vez foi grande influência do Punk, pelo funk e pela música "negra" até ao "Heathen" tem temas absolutamente mágicos e visionários. Teve aquela fase "menos boa" nos anos 80, mas curiosamente deve ter sido a sua fase mais bem sucedida financeiramente. Porquê? Porque brinco com a cena do sangue e das caveiras e dos monstros no darque? Porque ainda não compreendi porque é que todo esse universo de terror quer à força denominar-se de psicadélico? É isso? Quero lá saber que achem o Tony Carreira psicadélico. Ou o Quim Barreiros trance progressivo. Só acho ridículo e consequentemente brinco com isso. É só. Se existem algumas "primadonas" que ficam muito ofendidas e escandalizadas com isso, lamento, mas não me comove. Eu não ando aqui para mais nada a não ser divertir-me. E quando deixar de me divertir deixo de cá vir. O que eu acho é que existe aí muita gente que (ou porque vive disto ou porque tem interesses de vária ordem) não aguenta uma piada nem sequer uma crítica. Mas eu tenho que andar aqui a dar palmadinhas nas costas de alguém? Se me apetecer dizer alguma coisa digo. Se me apetecer brincar com alguma situação brinco. E se queres que te diga, já fui a muitas festas em que passaram o denominado dark. Sei o que é. Aliás, deixei de ir a Goa Gil (fui até 2004, salvo erro) porque ele começou a passar música que não me diz nada. Pura fritaria (parece que este ano não foi assim, fixe). Como acompanhei a evolução da cena desde bastante cedo, estou à vontade para falar sobre o estado da cena actual. E como eu muitos outros. Os miúdos novos que chegaram agora é que enchem o peito e dizem que o dark é que é, que é o verdadeiro som, que o ambiente é óptimo... dizem isso porque não fazem ideia de como tudo era e de como degenerou. Mas agora é moda. Até já houve um episódio dos Morangos com Açucar dedicado a uma festa no mato (que só podia ser uma referência às festas de trance). Que queres mais? Que eu diga que está tudo ok? Que agora é que é? Só para dar um exemplo, num review de uma festa alguém (que não vou dizer o nome) disse que era perfeitamente normal que existissem assaltos nas festas e que andar gente armada ou haver pancada pode acontecer em qualquer lado. Ora bem... isto para mim é absolutamente inconcebível. Se calhar fui mal habituado. Porque para mim uma festa sempre foi uma celebração colectiva. Durante muito tempo não vi sequer um desatino quanto mais pancada, deixava a mochila em qualquer lado à vontade, partilhava tudo com todos e todos partilhavam tudo comigo, pode ser difícil de acreditar mas era mesmo assim. Porque será que tanta gente se afastou? Gente que eu via em todas as festas (durante muito tempo não falhei nenhuma da GoodMood e da Hipnose) deixou de ir. Sabes porquê? Por causa do som e do ambiente. Mais nada. Como tudo na vida, o que começa a ser massificado perde a essência e o espírito. Porque começa a entrar guito. Muito guito. E então toca a aproveitar a onda. Fazem-se festas que de festas só têm o nome. Sem condições. Caras e com muita intrujisse à mistura. Lives fantasma, artistas e gente que trabalha que não é paga, água cortada, chill out inexistente, etc. Quase há mais festas que gente para as frequentar. Se fico triste? Yá. Fico.
