Nurion Posted May 22, 2008 Share Posted May 22, 2008 Buddha Mantra Records / Urban Antidote Records Nurion is a project by André Geada, 17 years old, from Portugal, who produces since he was 12. His interest by music started in his early childhood when studied in a conservatory from 6 to 12 years old, having Piano Class, Musical Training and Choir. He found the software Fruity Loops, started producing Drum'n'Bass and House and, one year later, he discovered Psytrance and Ambient and he got interested and started producing this two types of music, focusing more in Ambient music. He was invited by Buddha Mantra Rec. and Urban Antidote Rec. to belong to these two labels. Since his 15 years old he started being invited to acting around Portugal playing in some (psy and non-psy) partys. André released an free/promo EP (with Lee de Forest colaboration) by Buddha Mantra Records in 2009 to promote his project. In August of 2009 “Space Music”, a podcast from Holland were amazed about Nurion and only with 16 was invited to enter in this podcast., which has the name international artists as Jean Michael Jarre, Brian Eno, i Awake, Solar Quest, Pete Namlock, etc. This is a very melodic and rhythmic project, which introduces powerfull pads, deep atmospheres and some dark tetures, mixing some tradational instruments with electronic sounds. Deves ser uma paz de alma para 15 anos.
